Toshua has been a licensed VA realtor for 7 years and personifies the word leader. Toshua is a dedicated wife, mother, teammate, & dog mom. She’s a highly esteemed member of the Culpeper community and she’s got a checklist readymade for any occasion! Even as a young girl, Toshua appreciated the sophisticated structural details in familiar buildings. And so began her lifelong love affair with architecture. Born and raised in Culpeper, Toshua spent her summers with her family in Boone, NC. As she began to witness the subsequent development of places rooted in generations of history, it shaped Toshua’s sense of land value. She’s keenly aware of what the word "home" means to people. Toshua is as passionate about education as she is about real estate. She currently holds a Bachelors in Business and is well on her way towards earning her Masters Degree. As a life long learner, Toshua understands the importance of having access to information. She strives to keep clients well-informed in each step of the buying and/or selling process.
